yes, but it's on your taxes because it's an actual unreimbursed expense you've undertaken. It factors into your net income, not just a tax savings.

$21/hour only includes time when you're on a fare, not time when you're logged in and available. And it doesn't include the gas, maintenance and depreciation on your personal vehicle driven 30-50k miles per year to reach

The IRS vehicle mileage rate for 2018 is 54.5 cents per mile. If a driver averages 20 miles per hour, then their effective hourly rate is cut in half from depreciation/fuel/maintenance/etc.

Exactly. And 60fps (which is not that high for many games) gives you 16.67ms per frame. at a 50ms delay you're already 3 frames behind.

They already have contracts with licensing for the Play Store and other apps. Those are not included with the base images and require a contract to be in place.

This is a false dichotomy. If you're unsure of usage you could just instrument your code to log method calls and use that analysis to inform what maybe should be removed, but only if you first understand why.
