These are all fair points and I've upvoted you. Apparently it's common to pay trimmers in 'scissor hash', ie what THC laden goop one can scrape from cutting shears, bud to smoke and food. Perhaps this employee was only paid with a burrito b

Well that's awesome and I did not know that was now the case. Thanks for the information! My intent was that it's skeevy as hell to blackmail someone for growing cannabis. If there were very specific extenuating circumstances then I'd take

You're a real piece of work. Maybe you should try and blackmail people for committing the 'crime' of sodomy next.

Well I can see it working for some people, but I think it's very dependent on what sort of workouts you're doing. When I'm doing heavy squats and deads I drink a fuck ton of milk with ice in it during the workout. I find this helps me get t

This sounds like a terrible, shoot yourself in the foot idea for the vast majority of weight trainees. Why on earth would you want to make something hellishly hard(weight lifting) even harder with shitty nutrition?

Correct. It's not that I think the grandfather is unqualified to give advice, his post appears upon a close skimming to be pretty good. I'm just curious what numbers a weight trainee is putting up after a long history of ultra endurance typ

The physical action of the drug on the brain is obvious and should be researched further. It may be that certain psychedelic/entheogenic states of consciousness offer internal, subjective evidence of a nonmaterial, transcendent aspect of re

Castaneda was a fraud. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlos_Castaneda#Reception http://www.amazon.com/The-Antipodes-Mind-Phenomenology-Exper... It's rigorous. It has tabular data. It's about ayahuasca phenomenology. Why is it that so few

I think that amphetamine has been used as a placebo for LSD in some studies. I've also heard of researchers using threshold doses of the psychedelic as the active placebo. This is probably the best option most of the time.

You are very off track. All the evidence I've ever come across points to the opposite conclusion: there is a positive correlation between beauty and intelligence. A few seconds of googling turned this up: http://www.psychologytoday.com/bl

I've had plenty of first and second hand experience with the american health care system and I am very aware that it's nowhere near ideal. This applies perhaps even more so in the area of mental health. Still, I think the post I replied to

HN can be surprisingly fact free when the topic of drugs and drug policy reform comes up. Thanks for being part of the solution. I believe that workers have detected methamphetamine in Acacia as well.
