Partner expecting 6th in May. I'd look at it the other way round, does anyone who has children ever regret it? Personally, like the vast majority, not for a second.

Cool, congrats to team getting to 1.0.0 We (draw.io) 100% believe in this model, it's absurd that the data should live with the SaaS application provider. It's user lock-in, plain and simple.

Looks pretty, anyone know how it compares to Cloudcraft[0]? Interesting to make it a desktop application and then subscription based. I found the pricing structure a little unnatural, though. The 5k-10k band seems quite narrow and the way t

I suspect the key problem with this isn't the one most people will think of. We had a commercial JS library that we sold for 10 years and I'd estimate the % of companies that properly read the evaluation and commercial use license

I just ran up yEd on my MacBook, 240MB with a blank editor. draw.io Desktop is taking 60MB. Do you have other figures?

We're looking at about 60MB on macOS for a small diagram. Another thread reports Win asking for 175MB. But as you say, it was electron or nothing for us, no way we can justify native apps.

We've had 320 applications so far. We'll try to respond to everyone, but there's a ton of applications that simply haven't read what I wrote above. You need to address the time-zone issue if you're in the US or Asia
