It's not like a credit card at all. With my credit card if someone steals my card and runs up a bunch of debt I'm not on the hook for the charges. With cryptocurrency I'm completely out of luck and my money is gone forever by

Tesla is a master of framing. The miles driving without Autopilot includes situations where you can't use Autopilot anyway. The fair comparison would be times when Autopilot could be used but isn't vs Autopilot being used.
