100% but the media is free to project a winner at any time. I didn’t vote (both candidates were too conservative for me) but I’m deeply suspicious of the results and would like as much verification as possible.

I assumed it's because it's premature for the networks to call it. The results are close in several states and are in recounts or being challenged.

That's been the story for a while, right? It was the reserve currency. Where else are you going to go? And what I'm saying is that I think you'll see in the coming year or two how it plays out.

Gold Zero yield is golden for the next x number of years. A ship in the harbor isn't making you money but it's also not getting destroyed in the storm.

Nonsense, of course. Where I will agree is that I think there are vastly fewer researchers working on ground-breaking technology -- at least in Computer Science. But that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.

I had a game that made me better at life once. Back in the 90's, I played a game called Command & Conquer. And if I used all my resources, I could attack an enemy base and defeat it. But on one game, I didn't leave enough re

It seems you did a nice job, from what I can see. (It wasn't working for me on Firefox 80. I couldn't draw anything.) A small suggestion for #1 above: Don't have a save. Make it save to localstorage on Mouse-up and on a ti

I'm a bit shocked that that seems to be the take here. You don't need to have a background in Economics to see what has been happening even before the pandemic, and what is certainly to come. What is happening in the bond market?

You're not alone -- it was quite surprising to a lot of people! What happened was the fifth option: move in with others, such as parents. P.S. I just saw this article: Mortgage Delinquencies Have Risen Fastest In US History https:&#x

My feeling is that the pandemic and impending economic collapse will change that. Remember when the 2008 crisis hit, no one was buying but no one was renting either. And a lot of banks with real estate on their books just let it sit there

Ensure it's clear that that's illegal in the same way sexual harassment is illegal. For all the benefits it would bring, that's a silly reason to throw it all away.

Why are we tracking it via residency? If you're homeless, that doesn't invalidate your citizenship. We need to move to a unique ID per person with password, that you can link to email(s), phone(s) or both. And then we can have o

We always talk about 8 or 9 year cycles but never cycles which are every 8 or 9 cycles. In the ocean there are multiple frequency of waves which means sometimes no waves where they cancel each other out and other times where they combine.

This is a huge question and I don't hear a lot of people asking it. What is the future for cities? How will this change suburbs? How can we create optimal communities? I think it goes hand-in-hand with the coming loss of the car as

Ah! But that's because dark matter existing was never accepted as truth! We know that we're in the early stages of discovery. And, again, as Paul mentioned, we know throughout time that things we have considered absolutely true w
