Sorry, the way we list it might not be clear. The first instance for each app is free. So all apps are free, unless you add extra instances.

Right now they're actually just numbered in sequence (1, 2, 3). I have been playing around with it. Sorry for the confusion, I'll work on it!

Yeah, I know... sorry. The app passes an extra parameter for cache busting and Google doesn't like it. It will be fixed in an update.
