The other idiosyncratic pub in Oxford is the Turf Tavern to be found down some twisty passages off Holywell Street. But my 1970s Oxford undergrad experience was daily pie, beans, and chips in the much more normal Kings Arms opposite the Bod

I agree - looks sleek, powerful, muscular, elegant, refined and I like the slight boxiness rather than everything rounded like an E Type. But then I like the Cybertruck too.

In retrospect the best feature of jQuery is its longevity - could have learned one framework and used it for 20+ years. Better than learning a new framework/toolset every 18 months which is the path I took. However React/Vue/

Regularly attended the liquidations in Sunnyvale around 2002-2005 after I was laid off from my dot com but the only thing I could make any profit on was docking stations and the associated power adapters since at that time they were specifi

Not sure why it took 2 days for the penny to drop but obviously given a sufficiently strong cable can repeat this on the Earth-L1 side and end up with an Earth-Moon tether. Would be interesting to find out how close to earth a currently ava

Arguably, Hillary 2016 was the best candidate by far. Nobody thought Trump was better until he won. If you say she had baggage, it was nothing to Trump's baggage, but there's a huge double standard based on gender.
