I disagree. I think his post accurately gets his point(s) across. He has identified a problem and is obviously fed up, hence the accusatory tone.

Definitely, it's just speculation on my part. However, it would surprise me if he actually misunderstood what his employer said.

Looks like maybe the employer agreed to let him release chart.js as long as he didn't make the employer look bad? Maybe "I misunderstood some issues" really means "I spoke with my employer and they've changed their minds but I'm going to be

I was just thinking about using the "bump" feature a lot of smartphones have for step 3. The bump would have a message pop up on their screen, to which they would reply yes or no and completing step 4.

I hope to see a day when the perception of modern Linux environments will change. Ubuntu for example is more than capable of being used in a business environment.

The point of the article was to focus on the predictability of the HN user base as a whole, not that it would be a plausible outcome. You obviously misinterpreted the author's intentions and you missed: * The fact that it wasn't made to mak

Very informative article. I was expecting the author to finish off on an "Americans are weird and people shouldn't have to worry about refrigerating their eggs" but, instead, he showed why its valid for us to be doing so. Kinda cool, learne

Very nice model, I never thought of it that way. I wonder how this technique would scale to a larger design project.

It may just be PR, but I do think a lot of non-technical people can benefit from going through the animation. It's pretty amazing that that is what's happening. It could just be an attempt by Google to expose their craft to the technical la
