FSD understands roads _so much better_ than the old stack. I like using without any "navigate" features, aka "drive in a straight line" mode when on surface streets.

We pay ~$100 each way to put our small dog under the seat on flights. He just curls up and hangs out. Definitely a little stressed but not panicking or anything. edit: On Alaska

Interesting that they call their service UDS. I was under the impression that they used PlayFab.

Perhaps. But it's his (or his investors) 40 billion to burn. I'd hope that spending that much money makes you think twice about being a petty ass.

I really enjoyed the first few books of The Long Earth[0] series in which characters heavily utilize air ships similar to zeppelins. [0]: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Long_Earth

I'm out of the loop on data center design. How do they "go through" water? I'd imaging they pipe some in, use to cool, and then pipe it out.

Look up Unifi Video if you want to see what became of it. AFAIK you can still self-host it just fine but their NAT-punching/forwarding service was killed.

Yeah, I'd say at the big three (four?) it's normally "unlimited everything for ~45€/mo". We get North American roaming but T-mo is the only one that does seamless international besides Google Fi.
