Depending on how awful the process / culture is you might be right. However, it does go a long way to avoiding that outcome if technical types can juggle a couple business or other concerns outside of their narrow job description.

Tuition would be much lower, I think you are credited for the taxes you would pay in country, and generally - while you have to report foreign income - you have to make quite a bit before tax would be assessed.

I have used it recently. The main thing I like is that it organizes code visually as workflows and it has many pre-packaged "tasks" you can use. This means I didn't have to come up with some structure for 900 script files. I

Not sure if this is a great answer, but many COTS solutions have chosen it as the only DBMS they support for one thing. Also, purchasing SQL Server does not just get you a DBMS, but several serviceable business intelligence tools. SQL Serve

I don't see how the possibility of a revenue stream they have never depended on is going to encourage to decrease the price. I predict they will just take advantage of people's willingness to pay $60 and collect on it.

I have an MIS degree and have had no trouble working alongside CS grads my entire career. Likewise for my family member with an Engineering Technology degree. I don't think there is that huge of a gap. It is still about getting your foot in
