I think it's awesome. A part of me wishes there was a drop down summary of each plugin when you click on it, rather than heading to the github link.

WOW. This was a no-brainer Apple acquisition. For god's sake the man in charge was who spearheaded the iPod. It's the least they could have done with their $100b war chest.

Similar story here. We never understood the magnitude of what our parents sacrificed when we were younger. But it's truly inspiring now.

I like the design except for one thing. It was unclear to me to what fields were editable. It would also be great if you could add a menu bar icon for quick note taking. I use an App now called Notes Tab and its great for accessing your not

Correct me if I'm wrong but this would require the user to have bluetooth on correct? My concern is that most users have bluetooth off as it is notorious for being a drain on battery power, although it has improved dramatically. I'

Thanks for the response. I'm getting started with JS tonight. Hopefully it shouldn't be too hard to pick up after Obj-C.

Interesting. Thanks for the response. I think I'm going to dedicate an hour or two a day to learn something new and still make headway with Objective-C.

The fact that we've reached a point where one has to question if it's safe for them to contribute to a cause like this makes me shudder with disgust.

Sometimes I wonder if we're in a transitionary phase of mobile technology where we are still at the point of directing our attention at the actual technology rather than using it as a compliment to our "real-world" experience

On the contrary, 5 seconds for an Ad is the sweet spot before people get pissed off. Look at YouTube videos. They require you to watch about 10 seconds before you get the "skip ad" option and it seems to be working great for them.

It's not considered trolling when you're defending your own products. What do you think patents are for?

Just wondering...why is it wrong for a private company to take control of their product and user experience? It's their service, why can't they set certain protocols on how to use it?

May I ask how you know that Tim Cook, Jony Ive, or any other Apple exec isn't "shaking up the can"? As a matter of fact their CEO fired the one guy who wasn't willing to shake things up. In fact, I think he was fired for that very reason.

I agree. If not for the dev, they should do it for the sake of the user experience. A "Try It Out" option would prevent customers from feeling duped when they buy an App that they think looks good but turns out to not be of their liking. Wh

I agree with you. I also think the "evaluation of utility" of Apps is poor. IMO, You can't really evaluate the utility by just the screenshots and reviews. It would be great if just like a car, you could "test drive" the App. Download a ver

As an iOS developer I speculate that it's not the price that hinders people from downloading an App, it's the psychological barrier of paying for something (regardless of the price) that they haven't experienced yet. Sure reviews and screen

This is the type of "journalism" that instills fear into the market to manipulate Apple's stock price.

That's a fair point. If Apple allowed their employees to publish on the App Store, do you think it would be fair to other developers that the same people working on the technology they use to make Apps have this exclusive insight to the dir
