My 2018 Mercedes E class can do lane changes - I just have to put the signal on and it does the rest. They call it "Drive Pilot". It seems to be just as advanced as Tesla but much less "marketed".

This will be a magnet for fraud. Aside from that, I just don't get it. For example in the UK you can bundle the price of a mobile-phone into the contract payments. Laptops/iPads etc always take knocks etc and who wants to risk

Bright light for me is my major trigger. I wear sunglasses whenever it is bright and keep my head covered or stay in shade.

I don't think you read all of his comment. Picking a single event like New Orleans isn't great evidence. I lived through a once in 300 years hurricane in southern England in '87 - that tells us nothing. But the increasing fr

"...With V9, we will begin to enable full self-driving features," he said. "...begin to enable..." - bit of a jump to "full autonomy"

As a father of someone who is about on the middle of the spectrum, I kind of agree. I couldn't separate his personality from his ASD - however if something could alleviate things like the stress he gets from sensory overload then that

It's for agency banks that aren't full FPS members. They have to rely on the full member banks to clear for them - the maximum allowed time for this is 2 hours.

It's evaluates left to right. (1+2)=3 then concat with string = then concat with 1 and concat with 2. The optimiser converts these concats to a StringBuilder. https://docs.oracle.com/javase/specs/jls/se8&

No. That still uses ASM. It's effectively low level IO mirroring and needs fast data-centre interconnects and low-latency. I work a lot with RAC and it introduces more problems than it solves tbh.

To prevent commissioning of crimes is probably the best reason. For example smuggling in drugs, arranging escapes, harassing victims, etc.

Not really. They are moving the state pension age out but the private pension age stays static at 55. They have also given more freedom on how to use the private pension funds come retirement. THe idea is to reduce the burden of the state

What's happening is this 1+2 = 3 Then hits string Optimiser changes + to String builder So you get StringBuilder sb = new StringBuilder(); sb.append(3); sb.append("="); sb.append(1); sb.append(2);
