They have in-ground ‘drains’ that you can pipe to another area of the property or to a basin w a pump to remove the water. Also, for inside the basement, you can have a bit of the floor removed at the edge and have a drain channel that empt

This was a thing back in the day where shady Adwords advertiser registrars would ‘register’ any unregistered .com that was searched. That is when I learned my lesson to use a ‘trusted’ registrar for searching.

Are we talking about k8s? I jest. Regardless, it seems ‘waste’ is what is needed to drive the economy. Wasted labor is still people employed, getting a paycheck, and participating in the economy. I don’t know if we want to eliminate waste w

I let my phone’s battery ‘die’ and may not recharge for several hours to a day. I have thought about porting my number to Twilio or similar, and having a stationary phonebooth that can send and receive mms messages, as well.

In the area I live, the majority of rental properties are owned by two landlords. The tactic I see most often used is to get a tenant and say that they can ‘do work’ on the property to fix it up, and that will reduce their rent. They are th

My initial intent, because I thought it was so clichéd, was just to get a laugh. But, I would say the majority had not heard the question before. This is a younger cohort.

I have started asking this, since I have not heard it asked in awhile (like almost 2 decades), and it is interesting to hear the responses.
