In deed, gives the pasty such a bad name. A homemade pasty and a cup of tea was a Saturday evening ritual after getting back from the beach/out on the boat.

Yes, it can have pretty explosive side effects... But it's not on the WADA banned list so you are free to try it. Caffeine is also an ergogenic and is not banned by WADA, either in or out of competition.

That sounds familiar. I was there too around 2003-2005, very little of what has been said surprised me and rang a lot of bells from my time there. Hugely siloed and with very strict hierarchies.
