Do you have issues with fructose? Because carving for sweets is a typical symptom and garlic and onion can be problematic if you have a fructose intolerance.

I can only say that it is pretty hard identifying the food if you still eat somehow normally. It is easier to make hard restrictions for some time - one to two weeks - until all your symptoms are gone and than add one food after another to

It is right that the previous commits are still there in the repo, but from the point of git they are garbage now and going to be removed. The point are the commits reachable now from the branch.
