Disagree, I never attributed Laravel Artisan or all the other code generators. Right now you could run Laravel new app (replace with any new framework) and Claude/Cursor/Codex git commit will claim to of created the code.

It is extremely annoying how you can hand craft a change then use the auto git commit message generation and it adds an attribution to the GPT that wrote a hit commit message, I don’t see the attribution to all the other tools, this practic

Yes transformers are great at translation as that is their purpose. LLMs are not great at preserving cultural uniqueness and diversity. Take how “delve” has reentered the lexicon because the human assessors for pre training dialect of Engli

Hard disagree. This is the first step not the last and proves to other countries that this can be done.

How about that, they actually asked for permission to use data and the companies said yes.

When I started coding with AI I would copy / paste code into GPT-3.5 and ask it to update the code, it was a massive productivity boost, minor changes, fully reviewed. Then VSCode allowed tabbing, it was okayish, but I had my finger on

This is why we as an industry have spent so much effort optimising the code generation process with things like skills, rules, tests, reviews, lints, agentic loops with feedback and sub-agents, and the code-runners. It is not just LLMs buil

The semi colon allows you to have lots of flexibility in how you present your code, that is if you still read code, I seem to be an oddity now.

That has nothing today do with TailwindCSS, we have been having the exact same thing since 1999.

If Ed Sheeran can use a loop why can’t I? Basically I used a loop to keep the agent running.

What would actually be really interesting, text to speech on the device, you could easily stream text to the client which could generate the voice in realtime, far less bandwidth, latency is not really an issue.

Worse is when it is encouraging everyone the same and they all are completely convinced that what they are producing is pure gold and sharing it widely wasting everyone’s time on something they haven’t proofed themselves.

Hi All I have seen a few people have the same experience as me where some people are using AI inefficiently in the workplace and creating significantly more more for others instead of using it to reduce the cognitive load on everyone. D

Not everyone is using LLMs and people who do are probably using Google for higher value and targeted search.

Am I reading this correctly? You gave an LLM prod access? You told it that it was a staging env? The API key had the permissions to delete? You expect an API to have a confirmation message?

Theoretically yes. It is entirely possible to poison the training data for a supply chain attack against vibe coders. The trick would be to make it extremely specific for a high value target so it is not picked up by a wide range of people.
