I have the "MoYu Super RS3 M 2022" as maglev version and I love it. Can recommend! I am not a "real speedcuber" tho. My average is about 40s, but it's a nice cube and I enjoy playing with it.

Atleast in germany (almost?) every plan has unlimited messages nowadays. Even the cheapest prepaid plan. People still use WhatsApp, Signal, etc., because of media sharing and easy group conversations

You could just download the Vendor tools (Xilinx, Intel, Lattice) and start with simulations. They are usually free of charge for private use. Often including their smaller chips. For Xilinx you could, for example, get the Digilent Arty-A7

Xilinx' Vivado works decent on my Ubuntu 20.04 machine (just haven't gotten around to upgrade yet). Been using it since 18.04 or something like that. It's not the best experience, but it gets the job done. For small hobby pro

A LOT of companies still do. Every bigger company i've been to here in germany has used it somewhere. Some tried to slowly move to git, most didn't, because svn just works and old people don't want to change
