2 of those sellers were Amazon itself...so not much help there, but you’re right that’s why they reject them. The seller ratings don’t matter when they comingle though. Next time I’m going to write a carefully worded one that doesn’t explic

I used to do virtually all my buying on Amazon, their supply chain mess has moved me to about half. I honestly never thought I’d step foot in a Best Buy or Frys again, but for branded merchandise it’s far safer to do so.

If you mention counterfeit products in the review it’s automatically rejected in my experience. Thrice it’s happened to me.

Legendary? Maybe in the past, but I’ve not seen anything special in the past few years. I’ve received counterfeits they won’t replace, only refund. USPS shipping ruins the 2 day guarantee, and ever fewer products seem to be guaranteed vs ex

Absolutely true, bought an item sold and shipped from Amazon and received a broken counterfeit. They only let me return and would not replace with a real one, probably because they have no idea what they are selling anymore due to inventory

It boggles my mind how Amazon is unable to deal with the book stuffers yet claims they are taking action. Just throwing an intern at the problem for a few days would net you a hefty list of the top abusers and a list of violations justifyin

Hypothetically, if they have a new throttling system they’d like to launch now that net neutrality is dead, I think they’d do exactly this. Get some PR spin for turning this one off, and implement the new website/service throttling sys

There is a large push to get credit card companies to ban firearm purchases, and Citigroup dropped merchants selling them IIRC.

Let’s assume (correctly imo) that every subgroup (race, gender, origin, sexuality, etc.) is equally skilled. If you apply a technical standard equally, you end up with a market distribution of hires. Companies are being leaned on to over re

The article quotes Google as shooting for “market supply” representation, instead of artificial targets of the proposal. I can’t think of any legitimate reason they can’t achieve market representation so that makes sense to me. Forcing 50&#

If the custom cake was an expression of free speech, forcing the baker to do so would be compelled speech. The principle you use to compel that speech would have broad implications for artists, writers, and all other creators.

OP was referring to the expression of free speech, which though the court didn’t rule on would likely have given the same outcome. Designing the cake and decorating could easily fall under free speech, and weakening the 1st amendment is a
