What are people's workflows these days? As I use claude more and more I've started using git worktrees, one branch per worktree per PR, with possibly multiple agents working in each worktree at the same time on different aspects.

I got to try using Fable for a day... it was a clear and definite shift in quality and how independent it is. It was almost like having another human using and shepherding Opus for me, instead of herding Opus directly myself.

It is not just about what you can access. The biggest problem is you get conditioned to instant and constant dopamine hits, which works directly against a lot of the things one is supposed to learn in school. Kids learn the A-Z in record sp

However, if you move from "bespoke" to just "very small niches", I think lower production costs of software may well open up opportunities that were earlier unprofitable.

I used to love Cursor but as I started to rely on agent more and more it just got way too tedious having to Accept every change. I ended up spending time just clicking "Accept file" 20x now and then, accepting changes from past 5

I think there is a drastic difference between being once off exposed to bad images, and an algorithm making a choice of whether to subtly over time expose the Pokemon-interested child to racist Pokemon videos vs non-racist Pokemon videos on

Not commenting on this specific law, but I do believe the premise that children should be exposed to everything is wrong, and that the overall view on humans in this post is naive. These days, exposing an immature brain to the raw internet

It just happens that all recurring scheduled events we use in society is encoded to happen at "$globalDailyOffset + $eventTime". Then a democratic decision was made to change $globalDailyOffset, that being the most expedient way t

Changing the time (zone) IS changing the work schedule. That is essentially what a time change IS. In the most expedient way possible.

So humans can get pen and paper and sleep and rest, but LLMs can't get files and context resets? Give the LLM the ability to use a tool that looks up instructions and records instructions from/to files, instead of holding it in co

Isn't talking about "here’s how LLMs actually work" in this context a bit like saying "a human can't be a relevant to X because a brain is only a set of molecules, neurons, synapses"? Or even "this book wo

Not an AI researcher and I don't really know, but intuitively it makes a lot of sense to me. To do well as an LLM you want to end up with the weights that gets furthest in the direction of "reasoning". So assume that with jus
