Quaternions are the subject of the next video going up on the channel. I'd be shocked if he didn't explain the connections to Maxwell's work, since he touched on it in his latest Q&A video.

I have an 8 month old and I'm more productive now than I have been in ages, both in terms of side projects and day job. My wife and I both stay at home and split baby duties roughly 50/50; we alternate nights, then split the day p

I take 1mg xanax up to once a day (typically every other day) and it has completely changed my life for the better. In conjunction with propranolol taken regularly (20mg twice a day, roughly), my anxiety is finally in a fairly well-controll

I have a similar workstation (though 12 core I think) and recently I've thought about just running entirely separate VMs, each with dedicated cores and RAM. I'm sick of random slowdowns like you mentioned.

I don't mind product placement, so long as it doesn't take away from my suspension of disbelief. In general, I just don't mind ads; I mind terrible and intrusive ads, which traditional commercials absolutely are.

Enabling virtualization is pretty simple, someone could probably write a little EFI app to do it and chainload from there.

I'm a big proponent of SI in general, and in scientific settings Celsius or Kelvin makes perfect sense; Fahrenheit wins in daily life, however. With a given degree representing a smaller change, you're able to much more accuratel

I haven't yet used Discord for an actual company, but I've used it to manage and organize several projects now, some quite large. IMO, it beats Slack in every way. I really can't imagine using Slack for any new project/o

I've thought a lot about how Seveneves could be adapted, and man ... it's going to be a tough thing to pull off. A movie trilogy might be able to cover half of it. Were I to do it myself, I'd probably go for a three-season
