No. This is simply supply and demand. The more workers available for positions, especially ones who are willing to work for less impacts the supply and prices I can charge for my work go down. Management isn't going to give me a rai

Unlike Microsoft, it seem that Google changed the interviewing process for many companies and I am grateful for it. My interviews pre-Google were primarily trivia contests about the language used for the position I was interviewing for. I

Mormons may have done some of the work to help build out Ancestry.com's database, but they also have built a free competitor: FamilySearch.org From a startup perspective, the base of records is important, but the 1.6 billion dollar purchase
