In Greece you can optionally work while incarcerated, provided there is work to do for some of the prison's facilities, and each workday counts as two regarding your stay there.

Your reply is not very relevant to my comment though. Also I might be much more sensitive than you think and you are sad and unsurprised for nothing. EDIT: I' m sorry, I misunderstood you.

It works the same way. Nine times the clocks, three times smaller standard deviation for both the mean and the median of their readings. In a normal (and any symmetric) distribution these two are the same anyway, so their difference will te

Three hard resets yesterday because Chrome shat itself and Windows 11 (fresh unused installation) would not allow me to just kill it, and eventually froze itself too. Retarded and pathetic. Too bad I need to use this garbage from time to ti

Is there any subpixel text rendering implementation that avoids color fringing to such a degree I cannot see it, or not? It's certainly there on both Windows and Linux.

How do pixel boundaries relate to the fact that you cannot avoid color fringing with subpixel AA? You could shift your whole framebuffer (or maybe just a glyph, with possible caveats) by a subpixel or two and have GBR or BRG pixels, it does

Subpixel AA literally gets the colors wrong at the boundary, so calling grayscale AA a simplification is a bit too much IMO. Some people prefer subpixel AA and it might even be a matter of accessibility for others, so its existence is a goo

I guess the effectiveness is related to an individual's overall online habits and interests and I would be quite surprised if it did "not work at all" at scale. Besides, if it did not work they would know by now... For exampl

The set of qubits needs to be an isolated system while the quantum computation happens, so no. By taking the qubits apart you would only make this much harder, if not impossible.

You are saying a different thing now. Your previous comment touched a philosophical matter. Now it's about using, in a commercial product, OSS software people develop in their own time and that they might promote too much (I read this

Yeah, it is GTK but not pure GTK! It uses X11 drawing calls for some elements so it needs XWayland on Wayland. Pure GTK might be coming with Emacs 28 by the way.
