   Sadly, linux.conf.au seems do have died with the pandemic. The website hasn't been updated in ages either. Anyone know if there are any plans to bring it back next year?

   One option could be using proot or pKVM to run a full-fledged Linux distro and packages, instead of the limited Termux packages. But of course, there's no guarantee that it would still work in the future.

   Yet another example of why Electron sucks. Is it really that hard to make a native client, especially these days when we have so many cross-platform development frameworks?
