Consider this: [almost] all popular (found by/landed from google) questions on StackOverflow are simple/easy for experts in corresponding topics. There are two camps: one think that it makes StackOverflow useless, another—the exa

'wkeism' as a tool reminds me about authoritarian states introducing laws that are impossible not to break by design and then applying them selectively to obliterate any dissent.

I'm not versed on the vocabulary. In this context, the meaning is close to "protected class" (what is the opposite of being asian while you are applying for college)

I wanted to live in a world you presented: benevolent power spreads the wealth around the world. Unfortunately, it is just a fairytale for little children.

NATO would have destroyed Russia anyway. After the drastic intensification of anti-Russia propaganda in 201x which prepared the population to accept it, it is a matter of time. There is nothing nothing Russia might do to stop the agression

I'm talking about dehumanization, about "one standards for us vs. another standards for them" It is so ingrained that people like you, don't see anything wrong with it. P.S. I don't care about downvotes. I'm s

I don't remember discussions about DDOSing US when they invaded Iraq. Do you?

Iraq was a sovereign country. My point is that it is ok for "us" to invade sovereign countries for "reasons" but not for "them" for any reason. It is hypocritical.

I have never seen a comment on politics which demonstrated non-brainwashed thinking on HN. Surprisingly, I saw more humane, fact-based, and independent thinking on tiktok.

Imagine Mexico for any reason would invite Russian army. What answer do expect from US in such case? And you don't have to imagine, just remember Cuban missile crisis (in response to US deploying missiles in Turkey, Italy)
