So how come most of the lines don't have a link to their website? I mean most of the lines congratulate the author for their excellent blog post.. Is that really spam?

Well, I really don't agree with any of the arguments in the article. I'll use the experience card and just say that I've been using virtualenv/pip for years and it always served me very well. Made development, testing, a

Cool I'll share it on behalf of hackinghealth.ca (We do events where hackers connect with doctors to build similar stuff. So I'll definitely plug that website when people contact me with their new health mobile app :))

One trick to avoid stupidities like this is to tell them what you found, but not how . How much is worth the vulnerability of having access to all your source code . Just ping me if you're interested.

I speak french and this is the correct use. It's not really french though, more like french words that are used and are now part of the english language. Raison d'être just means 'why is it there'.

I use HN to test if internet is working. Don't do this, worst idea ever, but it's built in my muscle memory. It also happens that I read HN in a tab, and then open a new tab and get on HN again. Muscle memory.
