I understand your sentiment which I believed has a negative tone to founders that are more business focused - but I'll flip it. Yes a company can be started along a founders personal passion... for this example, lets call it bikes [cou

I'm a founder at heart; I've loved creating - and have a software background. I really resonate with the paraphrased vibe of way, way more SaaS companies. I've been looking outside of SaaS to potentially harder science compan

These cycles are interesting to observe from afar: Financial bubble: People complain about not making enough. Three years later after S&P falls 40% and massive layoffs: Same groups will say "I'll take anything, so glad to have

Follow up question: I am looking at a vehicle that has a gas or PHEV option. The hybrid option is ~$9k more. I plan to own it for only 3 years to purchase a full EV, and I expect the $7,500 tax credit in the U.S. may not apply. So in effect

You needn't feel like a d*ck. Just realize that when people call you or text you it is on there time; however, replying does not need to be on their time - but on your own time. I have found if I forcefully and succinctly communicate t

I fully understand where you're coming from - there are others like you. I can fill every moment of my time usefully with learning, work, projects, hobbies, etc. I am high energy (not AD[H]D, etc] and excited about things constantly. I

I fully disagree with you. You get as many at-bats as you want. It depends on what you're willing to give up FOR those at-bats. Is it worth your extra time, spare time, finances, family time, TV time? That is for each to decide.
