I can totally see why. Stripe’s docs are really the best I’ve seen. Not only are the docs good but the API is very logical and well made, definitely much better than their competitors like Authorize.Net.

One of my favorite features of WebStorm is the (official) database plugin which highlights SQL queries inside JS strings AND has autocomplete and refactoring support that actually uses the live database schema.

Yeah I remember the days of subtle mono bugs and segfaults, but the new(-ish, its been out for years) .NET Core brings official support to linux. ASP.NET Core is definitely a solid platform for web apps on Linux now too.

Are you saying that this isPromise package will not play well with TypeScript? One of those files (index.d.ts) solves the TypeScript problem using type predicates. TypeScript WILL know that the object is a promise if it returns true.

Somewhat related... At our company we once deleted a G Suite account that had a balance on its AdSense account. They let us delete the account with a click of a button without checking if all the associated accounts for other Google product
