The pi-hole is too aggressive when it blocks stuff. For example, on the Fandango mobile app, the payment gateway is blocked by the pi-hole. A user should use the white list functionality to add the domain or two to get back the site's

You can also get "Endurance" SD cards. A lot of failures are due to too many writes. The endurance ones allow many more writes than the regular consumer cards

Better construction is real. I work for a medical institution that is spending close to $1bln to build a new hospital from scratch because they found it cheaper than to do yet another earthquake retrofit.

I remember reading a computer architecture book that used a fictional MIPS instruction set and used washing and drying clothes as an example of how to pipeline / do parallel instructions. Does anyone remember the name of that book?

RHEL source code is free. You pay for the RHEL value adds like a compiled version of RHEL and support. If you want a compiled version of RHEL for free, then go with CentOS.
