This is not correct. You can charge whatever you like. You just aren’t allowed to have line items like “Apple tax” or words blaming Apple for the price.

The most amusing thing about this is that the kids didn’t fail out. Kids couldn’t qualify to get in but they had no problem doing the coursework. Really laying bare that you’re paying for the diploma, and not the education itself.

I am not sure of the source of that link but it is the only one I can find on the first page of DDG that suggests Apple has more than 50% of the smartphone market. Even if we take that link as fact it is not enough to constitute a monopoly

You cannot install Fortnite skins/characters/emotes/etc without paying Epic. Epic has a monopoly on the Fortnite Store. It sounds pretty ridiculous to type that... but it's the same basic argument. Apple is a minority

You obviously don’t own any of these devices. Seamless means I can call or text from any of my devices. Switch a phone call audio from my laptop, to my phone, to my AirPods. Go for a run and stream music from my watch directly to my AirPods

Is it really that hard for you to believe that people like and prefer macOS?? I don’t want to move to Windows or Linux. The time sink is irrelevant. I am a software engineer and I PREFER macOS. So do my coworkers. So do many, but not all, o

Sure they could. They could basically fork macOS and maintain an entirely separate version just for developing iOS, iPadOS, WatchOS, and macOS. I don't know why in the world they would do that. This whole "issue" is just Ap

People just desperately want competition law to be something it isn’t. And armchair move the goalposts relentlessly to try to redefine literal law. Size of the business is not relevant unless: 1) The business has a dominant market position

I am for any law or policy that hurts Google. And I really don’t care whether it’s fair or unfair. I’m not sure any two companies have caused more worldwide carnage, in the history of the world, than FB and Google.

You can’t effectively punish a company, especially not a company the size of Facebook. But if individuals go to prison for their actions, people will be more careful how they act.

People don’t know what to do with Asians because, as a group, they achieve better than white people. However, this shouldn’t be possibly in systemically racist white America.
