AMC is a terrible example for this, because their shows are available on iTunes a la carte right now. I have 'cut the cord' and still get new Mad Men episodes thanks to iTunes. I can directly support the show--not even the network--that I l

Totally off topic, but wasn't that shot in Pittsburgh?

That shot is misleading because the air slopes down so much. the max thickness of each device is likely pretty similar, but the Air has a much slimmer average thickness.

Are they really profiting at this point? I haven't seen any ads on the sites, and funding shouldn't be considered profit.

Is there an actual list of only 30 names? Trying to read through this, I see 30 in each category. I guess "450 under 30" doesn't have the same ring.

Why would Apple Maps have anything to do with a review of new hardware? Just over a week later, though, he did write at length about the maps situation [1]. How does this show a lack of integrity? [1] http://daringfireball.net/2012/09/timi

Microsoft could take the lead and put kinect in their phones, and use their photosynth tech to automatically build 3d immersive photos. Would certainly one-up panoramas in iOS and whatever the Android clone of that is called. Project Glass

With a city of 80,000 people on Mars, you can sure bet someone would start building/selling rovers for people to cruise around in. And there will definitely be contractors willing to build up your bubble-house to mansion standards.

With all the talk of engineered intelligence and huge biotech advancements, I think there will be a massive space expansion, and I'm surprised to see it doubted. First off, a human settlement on Mars, while technologically challenging, woul

Siri already talks to Open Table, and fandango can't be far behind with all the movie stuff you can do with Siri already. Very interesting look at Siri's potential (via everyone's favorite Gruber): http://counternotions.com/2012/11/12/sir

I'd rather see these panels in the Oculus Rift than a 'Phablet'. As mentioned in the article, these screens can be held much closer to the eye, so why not put them as close as possible?

Unikey[1] on Shark Tank last season blew me away, I couldn't wait to see it in action, and be available. This looks like an easier installation process than that, but Unikey has some big names attached to it (Black & Decker). Can't wait
