As far as I know, this does not set a formal precedent for Dutch courts. But it is far from uncommon for courts to take inspiration from other courts, especially from the ECJ, and perhaps even more so in a case like this.

In Python, I use doctests for things like this. Just write the features in plain understandable language, with clear code that serves both as integration/behaviour test and example in between. Cucumber etc. is usually about coaxing nat

There is no better teacher than to actually go out and speak the language, so I'm not surprised you got good results one-on-one. Similarly, but probably with less efficiency, I'd like to recommend Michel Thomas' language tape

It's even more unacceptable that it took them FOUR DAYS to fix it, just so they could add a couple of features to FaceTime while they were at it.

Then the co-op should have no problem regulating this internally. There's no reason to get full protection of the law, with all the unintended consequences it brings with it.
