Hm, I failed to notice that, since it is not mentioned in their introduction, and the list of supported languages is fairly small :)

Would it be possible to make this work with a treesitter grammar?

Sounds interesting, but I'm very skeptical about the combination of LLM technology and the Unix philosophy. To create anything that does exactly one thing well and is composable requires careful design and using the right abstractions

If both inputs are ordered by a subset of the join key, you can stream the join operation. It depends on your domain whether this can be made the case, or course. If one of the two join operands is much smaller than the other, you can make

I'm confused why everybody keeps talking about sanitization when all you have to do is escape a string properly whenever you inject it verbatim into a language, be it HTML or SQL or whatever.

I bought one a year ago for 200 bucks. I'm still happy with the purchase, and I haven't had to change the batteries yet.

I find alt-npoi intuitive and easy to reach. But my point was not that default key bindings don't matter, just that there is no one shoe fits all, and that different choices are not so relevant in comparing editor features when they ar

I feel that the critique on the default keybinding scheme is unwarranted. One of the key concepts of editors like Helix and Vim is that the keybindings are customizable.

I was expecting some sort of programming language to describe music, but this isn't that. I'm not sure what it is exactly though. Navigating the website on mobile doesn't give me a clue

The PR is being worked on steadily. People use it on their own fork. The Helix team does not provide any target dates for features.

Many helix users have their own fork to scratch that itch. I do too, and it's nice, but of course a little more maintenance than a set of scripts

I love mpv. But when I pause and resume the video, the first few seconds are jittery. I've not encountered that on other players. Does anyone know why this is?

I've read the proposal, and I'm just pointing out that "aka discriminated unions" is incorrect or at the very least confusing. Call it "sum types" if you don't like the term "discriminated union types

You are technically correct (the best kind of correct), but in practice I've not found this to be a problem, certainly not something that is ofsetting the vast usefulness of this data pattern.

I find it strange and slightly confusing that tey call it "union types". The correct term would be "sum types" or "discriminated union types", union types being the union of two types with no distinctive tag be

I live there as well, and while I'm sure it could be worse, it's nothing compared to Johannesburg. I would like to see much more green throughout the city. Hopefully they will keep up the trend.
