Looks like all of the other crap search engines by Yahoo, MSN, etc. Why anyone would want to copy those other crap search engine layouts is beyond me. Too much clutter. KISS. (Keep it simple...)

Ideas are a dime a dozen. The details and implementation are key to making it a success. If you're bringing more than just an idea like funding, connections, and have committed sales contracts already in hand then you'd be worth more than

True. Each side has their own set of advantages/disadvantages. And so you'd have to adapt and take that into consideration in addition to bid/ask spread. It's not impossible (nothing is impossible), and you'd only get killed by brokerage
