Is the price reflective of the market though? I just negotiated an airbnb outside of airbnb at 40% of the platform quoted price and it was not a deal either but the market price. Airbnb massively inflates prices for everyone to create an ex

At the rate the US is going, I wouldn’t be surprised if this becomes illegal. Add that most of these cameras are chinese and then maybe you won’t have that choice anymore.

Neither Gemini or OpenAI have open models. We don’t know for sure what’s happening underneath.

It is not interesting because there is no “real” solution (pun intended). If you go to the complex plane, you are re-defining the plane. If you redefine the plane, then you can do anything. The puzzle is about confusing the observer who is

They need "context engineering" which what I'll describe best as "railing" them in. If you give them a bit of a loose space, they'll massacre your code base. You can use their freedom for exploration but not fo

The issue is that trust is very hard to build and very easy to lose. Even in today's age where regular humans have a memory span shorter than that of an LLM, OpenAI keeps abusing the public's trust. As a result, I take their word

I think there are exceptions about "exigent circumstances" and COVID was considered one. My EU flight was not refunded as well despite the EU having strong protections. The airlines, at the time, were given a life-line. I think th

I've actually had this particular product fail on me twice, and coincidentally, I was just talking to a friend today whose AirPods are degrading after only 1.5 years. That's the same timeframe when both my regular AirPods and AirP

You need to develop an intuition to it, the same kind of intuition you developed for systems we work with. For example, your test issue: start by writing tests before making the implementation. LLMs are quite capable but they are not AGI. I

Pretty sure my interactions with 60+ old man and the younger generation refutes this. Of course this is anecdotal but you also offer no evidence whatsoever.

Oh it’s sure birth control that’s doing it and not the backward societal norms that are still sticking. Thanks for pointing out that the baby boom happened by accidental births and confirming it with your own anecdotal evidence.

I think he explained it in his post? You get rewarded for "actions" which is making cool things and stuff. You don't get rewarded for writing docs.

There is MCP-LSP and Context7. I use Rust and found it's better to let the AI hallucinate function names, then let the compiler correct them. Rust's compiler is significantly better than TypeScript's at this, so it works well

GitHub Copilot models are intentionally restricted, which unfortunately makes them less capable. I'm not the original poster, but regarding workflow, I've found it works better to let the LLM create one instead of imposing my own.
