I've never felt need to try those - just put albums I've bought from e.g. Bandcamp into my Jellyfin music directory, they're automatically scanned and available in seconds.

Settings -> Library -> Disable Community Content ? I don't know about locking access to the setting though. ...oh - that only prevents it being shown by default, there's still a button to load it.

Easy enough to avoid the romhacks, get the no-intro set: 2000 files, about 230mb. Archiving some lists of "best games" and "hidden gems" alongside it would be worthwhile indeed.
