When there's a clear problem with culture or procedures at the company, does FAA investigate the company itself and can they suspend or revoke the license?

And to prove this point: this post went from page 1 to page 4 in a matter of hour, despite significant voteship. Posts are not ordered per count only, there's an algorithm and manually applied weighs involved.

I don't know what to tell you. I hate Meta and social media but still use Instagram and Facebook, because that's the society we live in. Does this make me a hypocrite? Can I not wish for a different reality? Can I singlehandedly

I absolutely do, in fact I do post on the subject as well. I just think the amount of AI news is overbearing and I do not feel like HN is a good enough source for IT news anymore. Sure, I can use another medium, but that's not the po

If people here barely see any non-AI content, then that non-AI content doesn't get interacted with, have interesting comments, etc. Filtering HN for yourself does not have the same effect as surfacing more non-AI content to every one.

It's astonishing how much faster the system is under the coreboot. I wonder what specifically can this be attributed to?

There's actually piezoelectric effect in use here too, except on very small scale. It's quite ingenious, in my opinion and I root for that technology.

Right, but my point was about what they said about the use-case. They couldn't have been coming here for AI news since 2017. So did they finally find their use-case for HN some 2 years ago? If they were indeed coming here before AI rev

I do NOT have a problem with AI. Again, the problem is with the flooding that drowns-out other news. I intentionally say "limit the AI news" in this post's title.

Which kind of makes my point: these pages filter AI stuff, but do not make room for non-AI stuff.

I thought so, too! There aren't too many in this field that do this and I think they deserve some recognition only because of that. They're also not entirely new, their previous product has been around for a while. BTW. Their tabl
