Switching to a manual finally killed my habit of "quickly replying" to a text or e-mail. Sad it took that, but I'll accept my longer lifespan now.

24/7 news cycles have somehow convinced the US that this is the most dangerous time in history for children when in fact, the complete opposite is true. It's very sad.

Man I wish this existed 8 months ago when I built our own version internally! We have a mix of Stripe and App Store customers so we'll definitely be switching (to remove our mental load) if you guys ever support that! Best of luck.

I feel like Redux has been the love child of the React community (not necessarily HN) and I have felt like a crazy person for not loving it and clinging to AltJS and then to MobX. Good to see a lot of other MobX fans in this thread.

I've used Saleor before and while it was great, I was pretty familiar with Django at the time and worry it could be overwhelming as a way to learn. I've also used Wordpress + WooCommerce so if you can find a theme you like, it

I've really liked Wagtail with this repo: https://github.com/thelabnyc/wagtail_blog Can import Wordpress, easy editing with Wagtail, sane templating from Django.

If you're looking for a great long form article around juggling, I highly suggest Grantland's article[1] as one of my favorite "why did I just spend an hour reading about that?" [1] http://grantland.com/f

Reminds me of RETS in the real estate world. Sure it’s a standard, but nothing is actually the same so it just makes things more complicated.

It's a shame that updating node via homebrew is such a pain that I probably will skip this version. Maybe it's just me, but every upgrade corrupts the global node_modules.

I've been trying Freeter since it was posted here. It's definitely not bad, but I don't think it solves the isolation problem mentioned - but it does help me get my workspace back up after a restart.
