And if Elon fails to actually prove this reporter lied/fabricated the review and just waffles, the NYT is going to skewer Tesla in their response and this story will get much more legs than if they had just ignored the review.

See my response to jmillikin. Your comment about the study's findings is semantic, because it does claim that its more likely to happen: "These findings support the hypothesis that managers with greater control rights in excess of cash-flow

While better than not having the agreement (which terminates when their share falls below 34% of voting power), the new share structure is not shareholder friendly. Class C shares can now be issued to employees or used for acquisitions, whi

The preferred shares would be issued to everyone that holds the common equity. They wouldn't be raising money if they followed Einhorn's plan.

Apple is a threat to the Steambox like smartphone games are a threat to the PSP, Nintendo DS, etc. If Valve never intended the Steambox gain more than the hardcore gamer niche, then no it isn't a threat. But Apple could capture the much lar

This documentary didn't reveal anything that wasn't already known. There aren't any criminal prosecutions because it's hard to prove that there was fraud. It then goes on to speculate why Breuer hasn't been able to charge anyone.
