That's definitely still to be argued. I would have a reasonable amount of privacy if I used a random GUID to provide a hidden link. In that implementation, the link is a username-less password. That's how Craigslist, Pastebin, and

There's a term for this. "Victim Blaming". Its also the same kind of excuses heard when a woman was dressing well and gets raped. Then the refrain is "she was asking for it", or "she deserved it with the way sh

Seconded as well with Nodered. It is low code AND capable of full serverside JS for handling interesting cases. And it has hundreds of plugins for handling APIs of all sorts.

Problems I see with that... You'd need to cover from ELF up to FIR. I would make the statement that NIR up through gamma/xrays is not being generated by the human body. With that, we're looking at around 10THz of bandwidth

For me, this is par for the course. When I propose in measuring things like Reiki, or other forms of occult energy (notedly not: em, weak, strong, gravity), I get told that there's no way to measure directly. When I propose a way to te

Well... That sounds testable. Use 10 people who have chronic pain who report pain relief with hands-on reiki. As for the test: Hands-off reiki vs hands-off no reiki (person who isn't trained in reiki present) vs nothing We should see s

Being the Linux geek, I use MS Teams. I even use it with its Linux client, and works astonishingly well. My only 2 grievances with it are: 1. Teams steals focus to make the next message on a group, rather than in the threat ALL THE TIME. Iv

Screensharing for a virtual whiteboard, or troubleshooting is very much a thing. It's not just for looking at "balding white dudes" (which itself is very insulting in its own right).

It's not just "I bought a counterfeit item on Amazon".. But instead: "Amazon continues to allow counterfeits to pervade. I cannot trust them with anything important."

China had a very strong response to this crisis. They had hard quarantines up to and including jail-like cells to enforce those orders. They had significant amounts of PPE brought in rapidly. They built a hospital in a month at ground zero.

The problem is that the devs are smart and stupid at the same time. They're smart when discussing code complexity, callbacks, functions, APIs and the like. I've seen this time and again where many devs would get together to flesh
