Must say I disagree with most of the comments here. I use both Azure and AWS and would choose Azure every day of the week. The Azure portal UX does look like it was designed by designers, but the AWS portal feels like it was designed by dev

I find the prices pretty straightforward mostly, the portal will give you an estimate of the monthly cost for all your current services. The problem is the data transfer pricing. Say you have a website that has 5000 visits a day, it is real

Your overthinking what was just a stupid off the cuff remark by Trump. That's the problem, he says stupid things without thinking. You better believe there is a 1000 script kiddies in Russia trying to break into the US government now.

I pretty much do the same. The CUD is ORM, and some simple selects in C# Linq, but as soon as the query is a bit more complicated I crack out the SQL. It does not have to be all or nothing.

But once you have run the stored proc how do you display it to the user? How do you get the data from the UI to the stored proc to execute? You write some code or it happens by magic? If you write some code, then you have just written an OR

It is the million dollar question. If you are building a large product with an expected life of 10+ years, can you trust Angular to still be maintained?

I think there are only two reasons to rewrite. 1) When you need to support a different platform, ie we have a Windows Desktop app and want a Web or Mobile or Mac. 2) When the code base is so bad adding any new features creates many time mor
