While I do not always put my camera on... (sometimes I like wearing a raggedy old t shirt and taking a call from my sofa chair) I think this shows one major advantage to face to face communication which is human connection.

Wait... sigterm can be handled to gracefully handle shutdown of your pod... i.e. finish handling all existing requests before closing. I'm not sure the issue here, that sigterm is sent before removal from the load balancer? If you hand

You can have an immutable centralized/federated system without using "crypto" though "proof-of-work", there are databases out there that provide immutable storage that don't require this overhead. Providing ap

Nah I call bullshit. This is not how the world works. You don't needlessly waste people time. If you have decided to move on to other candidates, you inform the person rather than just leave them waiting on an unanswered zoom call. Thi

Some of these projects kinda remind me of the http tunnel over icmp/ping to bypass in-flight wifi restrictions. That was an interesting hacker news post a while back.

I'm not sure how you would go from a static untyped language to a dynamic typed language. Pretty sure only the opposite is possible. You could have type-inference... but this is different from having a weak type system.
