I like my PS/2 and still use it occasionally when I really want to focus on my writing.

I agree. It's too easy to lose a thumb drive, even easier to lose an SD card.

I kinda wish there were some way to store every page I ever visit automatically and index it locally for easy search. Then when I want to look up e.g. the guy who had the popular liquid oxygen fire website back in the 90s it would be easy.

I'm from the US and I've had this same thought about American chocolate tasting like vomit. I figured I was just overly sensitive to the taste, sort of like how coffee smells like skunk sometimes.

Safari doesn't feel battery efficient to me. If a web site has video ads, I can watch my battery drain to zero in real time. Orion does better since it doesn't play these ads, but it would be better if I could disable whatever v

I vaguely remember seeing effects that exploit resizing algorithms, but I do not think that is what is going on here. I can view the image full size on a high resolution monitor, walk to the other side of the room, and see the text clearly

I think the games became more popular because the hardware became cheaper and more capable. Before the early-to-mid 90s a PC or compatible might cost $2000, outside the budget for a lot of families. Buying a computer just for games didn&#
