That's still split testing of the messaging... in that one message gives different information about their services than the other. Different information being leaving out the free option. Clearly they wanted to see if a higher % signe

Yeah... I would be up for trying it (if they now or in the future allow European customers), and could imagine liking it enough to be willing to put in $1000 to last me a while, but not without trying it for a few $10s first. Maybe they are

You don't have to use them all the time, though... there's plenty of things I couldn't afford to do all the time but sometimes it's worth paying extra for, a service like this could be one of them. If something urgent co

What I'm about to write is about the extent of my knowledge on the subject, so don't assume I know more that justifies my thinking: CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) has has been shown it can be effective even if done with comput

There's plenty of private companies working on national-security level stuff, if the US Government is willing to buy, say, weapons from X company then why not license them patents to do it with?

Hmm, my thinking was that Tor browser would randomly pick a size, but maybe it only has a certain number of options to make sure every user crosses with plenty of other users too? In which case resizing of any sort would make you more uniqu

No... the FAQ wording would still be accurate even if the Queen does include "Ireland" in "British Isles". It therefore offers no reason to think she doesn't.

It's cause for celebration as better than many expected to happen, but for sure many reasons to still be both skeptical about implementation and the results even if targets are hit. It's progress, at least.

In theory the UK has that with the BBC (albeit more than "a news channel" is included, and albeit that it's funded by a separate license fee), the problem is you still have ways for the Government to pressure an independant o
