Do what the name implies but does not do. Integrate a vertically polarized LORA antenna, ( and radio ) That would allow you to actually have satellite connectivity. Also: ditch the triple AAA for a single 18650.

GRML is a debian live image, much different from a netboot environment. Look at https://ipxe.org/ , boot firmware doing fiber over ethernet, iSCSI, HTTP; booting from virtually everything but NVMe over TCP.

Next stop: Different traffic tariffs per time of day & credit rating. I really don't see how esim is beneficial to ordinary citizens. There is a plethora of downsides that can't be evaded. :/
