I know react is not an MVC framework, but I think you should add it in for comparisons since it uses similar rendering concepts

Seems like bash (or insert your favorite shell here) would be THE lowest barrier of entry on any Linux, BSD, whatever host--perfect for this project! :-)

After all the hype, I was pretty disappointed in Sintel. It felt more like a tech demo. I hope this changes.

I am really excited about this! Though, I kinda wonder. When scaling web instances, does it provision a new machine per instance? Also, how do I do something like create backing services?

It gets so close! http://puu.sh/7rrD6.png I find it frustrating to watch it hit (where I have not managed to get to) where you have one block 128, 256, 512, and a 1024. Moving around only makes it harder to join things toge

Yeah, when I tried a systematic approach, I was getting better results than when I tried thinking about it. Left Down Right Down repeat.

How do they do that loading thing at the top with the green bar? I've seen similar with red on Youtube, but I just assumed it was a google perk for running on google chrome.

Sure, the type checker forces you to think more when you are actually typing. It makes up for being easy and rapid to refactor, repurpose, and reuse--arguably making it competitive to prototype with.

Coming from Haskell, the actor model does not seem composable. The state machine style is interesting, but the pattern that it comes out as distracts from the concept / algorithm. This comes from reading rabbitmq and riak-core sources.
