I personally would appreciate text only email since my phone is generally the first place I see emails these days. On another note, not everyone technical is a Richard Stallman that reads email inside of emacs.

One of my coworkers found a data integrity causing bug that has been around for 11 years. He and his team lead had no idea how such a bug missed 11 years of peer-QA through all edits on that module / activity. It was as simple as conve

I found my operating system class very enlightening, although doing virtual memory was not fun... Implementing FAT 12 was an enjoyable challenge. Though ultimately I have no plans to get into the kernel space for development.

It acts really weird on mobile. On windows phone 8, it has an odd button highlighting deal, and on iOS 8 there is an uncomfortable 800 or so millisecond delay.

Often when I'm pushing myself by staying up and reading something interesting, I'll start hallucinating sounds. Often electrical or crashing, or other non-vocal sources. I wonder if it is an attempt to keep me awake, or if it is s

Healthcare software does need to be high quality to ensure patients get the best care possible. But that doesn't mean that people play fast and loose within the healthcare industry. Sure, the VA [1] spent so many resources (an unrealis
