I’m on the 13 Pro Max and this year and last year I said, “I’ll get the new one if there’s a killer feature that I can’t live without,” and while USB-C could theoretically be that, as pathetic as that sounds, I can’t find any reason whatsoe

It’s more like running a PaaS product backed by AWS and then your customers realizing they can just use AWS directly, pay less, and have less complexity. And they have done this before for what it’s worth.

Two economists walking, spotted a $100 bill on the ground, and did not pick it up under the reasoning that if there were really $100 on the ground, someone else would have picked it up already.

I don’t think they mean in a legal sense. That’s undecided, you’re right. In a common sense, dictionary usage of the phrase, it is absolutely coordination.

Very curious about the scaling process. I've been building something on a breadboard with an esp32 and I'm pretty happy with it. Now I want it to be a lot smaller, and in one piece rather than with a bunch of wires and components

Sounds like the statement is referencing the past not the future. I think it’s a reasonable thing for them to say: this was stolen, and that sucks, but perhaps a little reassuringly we haven’t detected this being misused. idk.

For anyone curious, Ken White has a good and entertaining article breaking down maximum sentences in print (here, 110 years) and what people actually serve. It's worth a read: https://www.popehat.com/2013/02/0

I don’t use chatgpt or LLMs for anything factual at all given the workflow you’ve described of asking a question and then needing to separately search all results. But they are very useful for framing documents, summarizing things, etc.
