Three screens - one internal, two external - is possible on Macbook Air M through DisplayPort adapters. While Apple say it's not officially supported it does work. My work setup is 2x 24" + laptop on the side.

My suggestion would be setting up a FreeBSD server via a Hetzner VPS. I'd argue it's more hands-on than Ubuntu and this is a positive thing.

All my bikes are steel because I've cracked & snapped numerous frames over the years from riding them too hard. During my racing years (2005-2015) at least one rider would crack their frame at each race weekend!

I always prefix commit messages with the relevant ticket number and write what the change _will_ do. I also use a few verbs: add, del, fix e.g. "PROJ-1234 add: new dependencies section in README. fix: typo in SECURITY"
