"Insure" can also take the latter meaning; I think it's an American/British thing. The New Yorker uses "insure" for both meanings, and it trips me up every time.

As others have said, the major benefit of Dvorak isn't speed -- it's comfort. Your fingers do a lot less work typing Dvorak than QWERTY.

The point is valid, but what's the takeaway here? You're a two-man shop with a growing product and you desperately need another coder, a designer and a tester. Starting browsing for CEOs probably isn't the best path in this situation.
