Over the past six months I've been battling with poor service from Rackspace, with hosts mysteriously dying and their agents are trying to upsell me (load balancers for a single server, for example). We're migrating away but this

I've downvoted you because I don't see anything but mudslinging in your comment. If you'd provided some detail to back up your claims I think your comment would fare better.

There's a project called Jasper [1] that can use a variety of different speech-to-text backends and allows you to write plugins to process commands. For me the biggest issue is actually capturing audio. Something like Google Home or Am

That's much appreciated - lots to think about! Edit: how do you scale? For example, do you just have lots of nodes running your authentication microservice for all of your active apps?

I'm not the creator of this, but to me React isn't about speed, it's about creating isolated, testable components within an understandable architecture. Given that, it's just as useful here as it would be anywhere else.

Each Premier League team must register a squad of 25 players excluding under-21s, so unless the team's got a lot of really special youngsters the _size_ doesn't matter. What may matter is the strength of that squad. "Bigger&q

This actually raises another great point, which is that Leicester have played fewer games than the teams around them due to not being involved in either the Europa League or the Champions League. They also dumped out of the FA Cup pretty ea

Luck probably has played a role, but you'd expect teams like Spurs (perhaps), Man City (definitely), and Arsenal (who really should have done better having been the only team to beat Leicester twice this season) to be winning the leagu

You'll be able to do that with System.import, kind of. It's async, and it returns a promise, which is sensible but it makes code a bit more complicated. The ECMAScript wiki appears to be down but this polyfill has a good overview:

I realise this. It doesn't stop it from being "slightly uglier and slightly more verbose" though :) You can namespace Bootstrap though [1] so perhaps you can change this VCL convention somehow too. [1] http://stack

This looks fine. I have a few observations: - Uses camelCase for classes; Foundation and Bootstrap are hyphen separated, as is FontAwesome. This leads to weird examples like the notification one [1] where you have mixed naming conventions.

Prior to the 6S the phone had to be plugged in for the wake word ("Hey Siri") to work, but as of the iPhone 6S you can do it when running from battery. As you say, the microphone is not particular good at distance.
